I fell into sales the way a lot of people do — I needed the job. I stayed because I found out what it actually is when it's done right: helping the right people say yes to something that genuinely makes them better off, and building a machine that does that again and again.

I've built and rebuilt go-to-market orgs across SaaS and services — hiring, coaching, forecasting, and getting in the room for the deals that matter. I lead with the numbers because they're honest, and I lead people because they're the ones who move them.
